Merry Christmas one and all!

Christmas has arrived and while turkey's are being devoured across the nation we'll be settling down to Beef Wellington with traditional trimmings plus some other festive recipes.

Its been a successful debut for this blog thus far and with plenty more recipes on the way all thats left to say is a massive thank you to all who have taken the time to view this blog and hopefully it's helped you impress in the kitchen.
